Jerry Carleton

Jerry Carleton has a wealth of experience in various legal roles, including serving as Principal Attorney at Immix Law where Jerry handles a wide range of legal matters such as mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, real estate transactions, and estate planning. Prior to this, Jerry worked as the General Counsel at Billups, as an Attorney at Bullivant Houser Bailey, and as the President of Keen Mobility. Jerry holds a J.D. with a Tax Certificate from Lewis & Clark Law School and a B.A. in Political Science, History, and Theology from the University of Portland.
