Junhao Lu

Junhao Lu has worked as a Data Scientist & Product Manager at Ailurus Biotechnology since 2021. Junhao's role involves using machine learning including Transformer, CNN, KNN to solve biological problems. Prior to that, they were a Research Associate at the University of Alberta from 2018. In this role, they designed and conducted plant biochemistry research projects, collected data and performed statistical analysis.

Junhao Lu began their education in 2016 when they attended the University of Alberta and obtained a Bachelor's degree with Distinction Honour in Crop Science. Junhao then continued their studies at the same university and received a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Plant Sciences in 2021. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Alberta.
