MISSION 
Aim High empowers motivated middle school students from high risk environments to strengthen their character, self confidence, determination, and initiative through a challenging, engaging academic and personal enrichment program. 

WHO WE ARE 
Aim High is a four-year, tuition-free academic and personal support program for middle school students. 

WHAT WE DO 
The foundation is an intensive five-week academic and cultural enrichment summer session, supported bi-monthly meetings on Saturdays during the school year. Students participate for four years, enabling them to establish a strong academic foundation that will prepare them for success educationally and personally.

WHO WE WANT 
5th grade ‘B/C’ students with motivation to achieve who: 
• have good attendance 
• qualify for free/reduced lunch 
• are first generation college students, 
• are recommended by their school. 
First Priority consideration for students in St. Louis Public & Normandy school districts. 

THE DIFFERENCE WE MAKE 
• 	Over 95% of Aim High graduates go on to graduate from high school. 

• 	Over 80% of Aim High’s high school graduates have enrolled in or have completed colleges or continuing education programs.

The Administrative Support Team at Aim High St. Louis ensures the smooth operation of the organization through a variety of roles. The Development Coordinator assists in fundraising and donor relations, while the Secretary manages communications and records. The Site Administrator oversees the logistics and daily operations at program locations, and the Treasurer handles financial management and budget planning. Together, they provide essential support that enables Aim High to achieve its mission of empowering middle school students from high-risk environments.
