We provide executive coaching for leaders who are wildly successful, completely exhausted, and wondering "is this it?"

Led by Dr. Camille Preston, we work with C-suite executives, founders, and senior leaders when they're stuck in the mud despite checking every success box. When all the tools you had weren't quite enough for where you're going next—we help you gain perspective and focus on what matters.

You might be experiencing:
•That fog of reactivity where decisions happen faster than you can process their consequences
•Multiple life events compounding at once (succession, family needs, market pressures)
•Running on empty even though everything looks perfect on paper
•A quiet sense that something's not right despite all your achievements
•The realization that your old playbook isn't working anymore

What we provide:
•An outsider's perspective from someone with experience and depth
•Help gaining altitude above the daily chaos
•Tools that work when everything compounds at once
•A mirror to reflect on yourself amidst the complexity
•Small shifts that actually stick (not another three-week high)

Our approach: As one client put it: "I thought I might need a psychologist, but it turns out it was a nice combination that I needed." We combine executive coaching with deep understanding of how people operate, engage, and relate—helping you navigate both boardroom and personal pressures.
