Jon Reay serves as the Director of Value Creation & Asset Management at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo), where leadership of the Value Creation & Asset Management team within the Infrastructure and Renewable Resources group is a primary responsibility. In addition, Jon holds the role of Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel, overseeing adherence to ethical standards and compliance regulations while providing legal counsel on various aspects of AIMCo's operations. Prior to joining AIMCo in September 2010, Jon worked at Torys LLP as an associate, focusing on corporate/commercial and securities law, particularly in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Jon Reay obtained a JD from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from the University of Alberta.
