Lance Pridham

Lance Pridham is a finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as Principal, Private Equity at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) since 2017, Lance also holds roles as a Board Observer at Davies Group Limited and previously as a Board Member and Audit Committee member at Vue from 2021 to 2023. Prior experience includes being a Board Observer at Hayward Industries, an Investment Banking Associate with Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets, and an Investment Banking Analyst, all within the Diversified Industries Group. Lance's early career included playing for the Moncton Wildcats Hockey Club from 2010 to 2012. Educational achievements include an Honors in Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Rothesay Netherwood School, along with passing Level I of the CFA Program.
