Ravi M. has a extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the recruitment and service delivery field. Ravi is currently serving as the Vice President of Service Delivery at Aimic Inc, a position they started in October 2022. Prior to this, Ravi worked at BCforward as the Head of Recruitment- US Staffing from January 2020 to May 2022. From December 2015 to November 2019, they were the Director of Business Development at Xcelerate Solutions. Ravi also held the position of Delivery Director at TalentPro LLC from February 2008 to November 2015. Ravi started their career at Collabera Inc. as a Staffing Manager, where they were responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for Fortune 100 clients in the Financial Industry. Ravi also gained experience as a Delivery Manager at NIIT SmartServe from May 2000 to August 2005, and as a Delivery Lead at Motif, Inc. from December 1996 to April 2000.

Ravi M. has a diverse education history spanning several years. Ravi completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya from 1994 to 1997.
