Jay Foraker

Jay Foraker is a Principal Decision Scientist at Aimpoint Digital, bringing over a decade of experience in streamlining operations for businesses. Previously, they served as a Permanent Military Professor at the United States Naval Academy, where they educated over 860 midshipmen and led a team of faculty and staff. Jay's earlier roles include Catapult and Arresting Gear Officer aboard the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk, and Aircraft Maintenance Officer for Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron THREE, where they were instrumental in improving training and operational readiness. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from Naval War College, and a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School.
