Goran Doncev

Goran Doncev is a Senior FPGA Designer with over 20 years of experience in leading Digital and Mixed-signal IC product development teams. They graduated from the University of Skopje with a degree in Electrical Engineering and later earned an MSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering at Northeastern University. Goran has held key positions at companies such as Philips, NXP, and Intel, where they focused on various aspects of digital and mixed-signal design, architecture, and team leadership. Passionate about developing innovative products, Goran also emphasizes positive reinforcement and talent development within engineering environments. Goran has published four papers and continues to contribute to the field at AimValley.
