Programs and Services Serving HIV Diagnosed Clients: • Transportation Program: provides bus passes, van rides or taxi rides for clients to reach and maintain medical care, ongoing treatment, and support service programs throughout North Texas • Daire Center: a center-based program of non-medical support for clients offering, stabilization, socialization, skills-building, and respite for caregivers in a safe, welcoming space • Nutrition Program: utilizing a commercial-grade kitchen, we provide clients requiring nutrition assistance with breakfasts and lunches daily. These specially prepared meals are designed to support client’s HIV regiments. • Case Management and Medical Case Management: provides client intake or recertification, enrolls clients into programs, makes referrals; provides linkage to healthcare, and follow-up • Linguistic Services: program provides Spanish language interpretation and translation for Spanish-speaking clients, their caregivers, and other North Texas service providers Serving At-Risk Individuals and Communities in Spanish and English: Health Services: providing outreach, health education, HIV and STI education, HIV testing and counseling, health assessments for a range of medical risk factors while collaborating with medical providers, and casework, and providing linkage to healthcare Manos Unidas: is a targeted program providing all AIN health service initiatives to the Latinx community: • A health booth at the Mexican Consulate which delivers information, referrals, health education and testing. We also team with the Consulate to facilitate regional education sessions and health fairs. • Our Mobile Healthcare Unit, travels throughout North Texas providing education, testing and referrals
