Lilly Chen is a highly experienced Senior Transportation Engineer with over two decades of expertise in transportation planning and engineering. Currently at Ainley Group since April 2009, Lilly specializes in provincial highway designs, traffic management plans, and various transportation studies, including traffic impact assessments and operational analysis. Prior to this role, Lilly served as Project Engineer/Manager at CC Tatham & Associates Ltd. and as Project Engineer at Trow Associates Inc., focusing on traffic studies, road design, and stormwater management.
