Aviv Navon

Aviv Navon has over five years of professional experience in data science and research. In 2018, they were the Research & Data Science Tech Lead at aiOla, where they developed a novel multitask learning model to solve 4 core NLP tasks. From 2017 to 2016, they were a Data Scientist at Gett and BillGuard, respectively, where they used predictive modeling and advanced statistical methods to support business departments and decision making, and applied ML algorithms to extract business insights. In 2015, they were a Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University, and was also an Algorithm Developer at BodyLang, where they worked with data generated by wearable devices and developed the company's first and core algorithms for human activity recognition.

Aviv Navon is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD at Bar-Ilan University. From 2016 to 2018, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Statistics and Data Science from Tel Aviv University. From 2012 to 2016, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics and Statistics from Tel Aviv University.
