Hammad Hashmi

Hammad Hashmi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and product management, demonstrated through roles at Aion Digital from February 2020 to December 2024 as Manager and Senior Manager, and later as Head of Product for Digital & AI. Responsibilities included leading digital solutions for SME and retail banks across Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Oman, and Bahrain, focusing on enhancing team productivity and achieving top company evaluation ratings. Prior to Aion Digital, Hammad served as a Manager at BenchMatrix from September 2017 to January 2020, where duties encompassed account and implementation management for anti-money laundering across 30 non-banking financial institutions in key Saudi cities. Hammad holds a degree from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
