Michael Willis

Michael Willis currently serves as the Regional Director of Service Operations at AION Management since August 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held positions such as Regional Director of Plant Operations at Marquis Health Services from January 2020 to August 2023 and Director of Maintenance at Lexington Health & Rehab from July 2019 to January 2020, overseeing operational maintenance in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. Michael's experience also includes similar maintenance leadership roles at Beaufont Health Care Center, The Crossings at Ironbridge, and Autumn Care of Mechanicsville, where responsibilities included creating and implementing maintenance protocols and departmental policies. Michael began a career in maintenance as a Maintenance Technician responsible for scheduled maintenance tasks in a skilled nursing and rehab environment. Michael graduated from Manchester High School in 2011 with a High School Diploma.
