Tim Bogan

Tim Bogan is a FinTech executive and board member. They previously held leadership roles in internal controls, risk, compliance, and audit across financial services and technology, including Chief Risk Officer, Chief Audit Executive, and Chief Banking Integration Officer at Lending Club from 2014 to 2022. They currently serve on the boards of Aion and SmartBiz, and on the Autism Society of Hawai'i Board of Directors as Treasurer. They are an arbitrator for FINRA (1998–present) and have served on advisory and board roles including LexisNexis Risk Solutions IDA Advisory Board (2019–2021) and Bond Financial Technologies, Inc. Advisory Board (2019–2023). They hold a BS in Accounting from Boston College.
