Ralph Nack

Ralph Nack is a seasoned expert in intellectual property law with extensive experience in patent litigation and evaluation. Currently serving as First Deputy Reporter General at AIPPI since September 2014, Ralph Nack also holds roles as Second Deputy Reporter General and Assistant to the Reporter General. As a Partner at Noerr since April 2010, Ralph Nack focuses on patent-related matters, including litigation and due diligence, with particular emphasis on Chinese IP law. Previous positions include Senior European Counsel at Bird & Bird, where patent litigation and licensing were primary responsibilities, and Program Director at the Munich Intellectual Property Law Centre, where international IP education was developed.
