Carlyce John

Carlyce John has a diverse work experience. Carlyce currently holds the position of CAIP Operations Supervisor at AIPSO since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Reiki Practitioner from November 2021. Carlyce also owns Essentially CJ Holistic Health and Wellness LLC since May 2021. Carlyce spent a significant part of their career at Progressive Insurance, where they held various roles including Supervisor CL Customer Care (CAIP) from July 2017 to December 2021, Commercial Lines Contact Center Supervisor from March 2015 to July 2017, and Commercial Lines Coach, Underwriting Support from April 2013 to March 2015.

Carlyce John obtained an Emotional Intelligent Leader Certificate in Executive Education Studies from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Communications Concentration program at Kaplan University in 2010. In 2005, Carlyce achieved a Property & Casualty Insurance License from Hondros College, specializing in Commercial Insurance. Carlyce completed their high school education in 1999, receiving a High School Diploma from Nordonia High School. Carlyce attended Maple Heights High School from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a College/University Preparatory field of study.
