Steven Shober

Steven Shober, MBA, PMP, CSM, is a Lead Project Manager at AIPSO, with a strong foundation in project and operations management honed over 15 years. They have an MBA and have achieved certifications in project management and Scrum. Previously, at AAA Northeast, Steven established a project management community and successfully managed multiple strategic initiatives, along with a history of implementing methodologies that enhance efficiency. Earlier roles included project management positions at Citizens Bank and Fidelity Investments, where they led significant projects and developed improvement strategies. Steven continues to pursue ongoing education at Bryant University's Executive Development Center.
