Frances Moates

Frances Moates, CPA, is the Director of Accounting at AIR Communities, where they focus on improving processes and increasing efficiency. Frances has extensive public accounting experience, having completed financial statement audits and prepared SEC filings during their time as an SEC Reporting Intern at Voya Financial and in various roles at AIR Communities, including Senior Accountant and Manager. They have also contributed to audit practices at Elliott Davis and Frazier & Deeter, LLC. Currently, Frances is pursuing a Master of Accounting with a concentration in Financial Reporting and Auditing at Kennesaw State University.
