The Company was established in 1991 to airlift cargo on both domestic and international destinations. Air Eagle is a PCAA Charter Class II license company.

Air Eagle Headquarters is strategically located at National Aerospace Science and Technology Park, Ex Benazir Bhutto International Airport Islamabad, Pakistan, overlooking its network offices at Karachi, Lahore, Sharjah and Agents Worldwide.

Air Eagle proudly moves forward with addition of B 737-300 F to its fleet, providing a whole some end to end solution to air carriers and cargo clients.
