AIR Health is building a free, adaptive, gamified exercise platform so anyone, anywhere can move with confidence. 
We tackle three barriers to wellness: access to high-quality guidance, adherence over time, and the lack of social support. Using computer vision and AI, AIR Health delivers personalized programs, real-time form feedback, simple progress tracking, and optional social features like streaks and shareable milestones. Content is clinician-informed and designed for all ability levels from “never worked out before” to returning from injury, so a student in a dorm, a busy parent at home, or a patient between clinic visits can all get started in minutes.
