Ritesh Kumar

Ritesh Kumar is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in the airline industry, currently serving as Chief Manager - Operations Technology at Air India Limited since July 2012. Ritesh has successfully led the implementation of the Jeppesen Crew Pairing & Rostering Optimizer and managed critical Flight Operation Applications. Prior roles at Air India include Assistant General Manager - IT, where responsibilities encompassed the management of the Passenger Services System and special programs during the Covid-19 pandemic, and Senior Manager, where Ritesh oversaw airline systems and the introduction of digital initiatives. Ritesh's earlier experience at Indian Airlines involved extensive work on the Airline Reservation System and Baggage Reconciliation System. Ritesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
