Pete Lyons

Pete Lyons is an Investment Director at August Equity, focusing on mid-market private equity investments in the B2B services and technology sectors. They lead regional initiatives in the Midlands and Manchester and are involved with companies like Air IT and Superbia Group. Previously, Pete spent eight years at Primary Capital, participating in numerous transactions, and four years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked in M&A. Pete is also a Non-Executive Director for several organizations, including Diversity Travel and Foster+Freeman, and has a keen interest in Aston Villa and their family’s local butcher and bakery business.
