Brett Cross

Brett Cross is a healthcare professional dedicated to improving prehospital patient care through data, research, and education. Between 2011 and 2022, Brett served as the Director of Specialty Systems of Care and Education at the Utah Department of Health, leading initiatives for trauma designation and overseeing statewide emergency services. In addition to this role, Brett held various leadership positions, including Team Commander for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Disaster Medical Assistance Team and Clinical Manager for Classic Air Medical. Brett's educational background includes multiple degrees in nursing and public administration from Joyce University, Grand Canyon University, and Utah Valley University. Currently, Brett works as a Clinical Base Lead - Flight Paramedic at Air Methods.
