Chris Brady

Christopher Brady serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Air Methods since February 2014, providing strategic legal advice on a range of issues including corporate governance, healthcare regulations, and enterprise risk. Prior to this role, Christopher held the position of Associate General Counsel, where responsibilities included advising on government regulation, corporate compliance, and mergers and acquisitions for a large privately held company. Christopher's earlier experience includes practicing as an Associate at Husch Blackwell LLP, focusing on commercial and employment litigation, and at Holme Roberts & Owen, where advice was provided on mergers and acquisitions. Christopher holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
