James Mahen

James Mahen has over 20 years of progressive experience in supply chain and operations management. James started their career at BASF, where they held various roles in planning, product management, and distribution. James then moved on to Danaher, taking on leadership roles in planning and forecasting. Afterwards, they joined Hasbro as a Director of Global Operations Planning before becoming Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Planning. Prior to their current role as Senior Vice President of Operations at Air Methods, James was the Senior Director of Supply Chain at Gates Corporation, where they led significant inventory reduction initiatives and improved service levels for the North American division.

James Mahen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at Penn State University in 1998. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at Wake Forest University School of Business from 2003 to 2005.
