Jim Uhrain

Jim Uhrain currently serves as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Vice President of IT Infrastructure at Air Methods since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles at QEP Resources from August 2011 to October 2021, where responsibilities encompassed IT strategy, cost savings, and team retention at the CIO level, as well as the management of IT infrastructure and operations. Prior to that, Jim Uhrain held the position of Director of IT Infrastructure at Frontier Airlines from February 2007 to August 2011, focusing on ITIL processes and disaster recovery strategies. Jim Uhrain started as a Network Systems Consultant at International Network Services, providing advanced network consulting services from December 1999 to February 2007. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
