Paul McHale

Paul McHale is an experienced medical professional currently serving as the M.D. and Medical Director at The Emergency Center since April 2020, as well as the Medical Director for the Emergency Department at Dignity Health AZ General Hospital since June 2020. McHale's extensive background includes roles as Past Owner and current Physician at Premier Emergency Medical Specialists since January 2003, and Central AZ Medical Director at Air Methods since 2008. Previously, McHale held the position of former Minority Owner and Medical Director at Trinity Air Medical from June 2015 to February 2021 and conducted Medical Utilization Review for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Arizona from March 2018 to June 2019. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine at CHW East Valley Hospitals from 2009 to 2011 and Medical Director at Chandler Regional Medical Center's Emergency Department from 2005 to 2009. McHale earned an M.D. from Maricopa Medical Center and a BA in Biology from the University of San Diego.
