Paul Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Air Methods since October 2019, Paul oversees recruitment and onboarding for over 1,500 hires annually across 300+ locations. Previous roles include Senior Director of Supply Chain and Director of Supply Chain at Air Methods, as well as Director and Senior Manager positions at Charter Communications, where procurement and operational efficiency were key focuses. Paul has also held leadership roles at Builders FirstSource and RE/MAX Unlimited, highlighting a strong background in property management and purchasing. An active member of Equity Capital Groupe, Paul is committed to community growth and prosperity in Colorado. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy from the University of Puget Sound.
