Thomas Gibbons is a highly experienced EMS Pilot currently working with Air Methods since July 2021, providing support for emergency medical services in the Midwest and specifically for Detroit Children's Hospital. Prior to this, Thomas served in the United States Marine Corps for over two decades, holding positions such as BLADE Training Director, Training Air Wing FIVE Operations Officer, and Future Operations Officer of the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit. Thomas also notably served as a Command Pilot in HMX-1, managing presidential helicopter missions, and developed training programs as Weapons and Tactics Officer in HMH-363. Thomas holds degrees in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University and has completed advanced military education at Marine Corps University, including Expeditionary Warfare School and Command and Staff courses.
