William B. Belk, M.Sc, CHSE serves as the Director of Medical Simulation and Innovative Education at Air Methods, overseeing business development and fiscal management of simulation centers since September 2014. With extensive experience in medical education, including roles as Clinical Education Manager and Regional Clinical Education Manager, William has developed and implemented training programs for flight nurses and paramedics. Prior to Air Methods, William directed the Leflore County Dive Rescue Association, managed a flight paramedic position at EagleMed LLC, and provided advanced life support as a paramedic at LeFlore County EMS and American Medical Response. Educational credentials include a Master’s of Science in Healthcare Simulation and Patient Safety from the University of Galway, a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Northern Arizona University, and an associate degree in Emergency Medical Services from Laramie County Community College.
