Dev Kumar Das

Dev Kumar Das has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Dev Kumar currently serves as a Senior Engineer at AIRA Matrix Private Limited since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Lead Engineer at the same company from February 2019 to March 2022. Before joining AIRA Matrix, Dev Kumar Das worked as a PhD Research Scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from December 2012 to October 2018. Dev Kumar also gained experience as a Senior Research Fellow at the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research from April 2013 to March 2016. Dev Kumar Das began their career as a Junior Research Fellow and later took on the role of Junior Project Assistant at SRIC, IIT Kharagpur from August 2009 to March 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Sales and Service Executive at Recorders & Medicare Systems (P) Ltd from August 2008 to July 2009. Dev Kumar Das has demonstrated expertise in engineering, research, and sales throughout their professional journey.

Dev Kumar Das completed their education in a sequential manner starting from 1994 to 2018. Dev Kumar began with their secondary education in General Studies at Karkai Vivekananda Vidyapith from 1994 to 2000. Subsequently, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued their Higher Secondary education with a focus on Science at Basantapur Jhareswar Banibhaban. After that, they enrolled at the West Bengal State council of Technical Education for a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from 2002 to 2005. Dev Kumar then attended JIS College of Engineering from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a B Tech degree in Biomedical Engineering. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Pathological Image Processing, Pattern Recognition, and Statistical Analysis at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 2010 to 2012. Lastly, they completed their academic journey at the same institution by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Medical Image Processing from 2013 to 2018.
