Dean Brenner

Dean Brenner serves as the Chairman of the FCC Technological Advisory Council and holds advisory positions at Aira Technologies. Brenner has an extensive background in spectrum strategy and technology policy, having previously worked as Senior Vice President for Spectrum Strategy & Tech Policy and Government Affairs at Qualcomm, as well as Vice President of Government Affairs. Educational credentials include an A.B., Magna Cum Laude from Duke University and a Doctor of Law (J.D.), Cum Laude from Georgetown University Law Center.
