Amy Chen

Amy Chen is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in content strategy and editorial leadership. Currently serving as Copy Lead for Services at Airbnb since February 2025, Amy manages a team of 10 editors, contributing to the launch of services across 260 cities. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of VP of Content at Notable Capital and at M13, where responsibilities included overseeing editorial strategies and facilitating significant website migrations. Amy's earlier experience as Managing Editor for Host Communications at Airbnb involved founding the Airbnb Resource Center and managing crisis communications during the COVID-19 pandemic. After a career break dedicated to writing a memoir, Amy holds a B.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University.
