Bryan Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, knowledge management, and customer support across multiple organizations. Notable roles include Senior Consultant for the Department of Homeland Security at BearingPoint, Senior Manager of Training at Spotify, and Global Director of Training & Enablement at Nanigans, where Bryan established training missions and led the development of client-facing certification programs.
