Daniel Cheng

Daniel Cheng is currently the Lead Counsel for Product at Airbnb and has held various legal positions, including Associate General Counsel at Meta and Product Counsel at TikTok. Daniel previously worked as a Managing Associate at Dentons and as an Associate at Chun Kerr LLP. They gained foundational experience as a Summer Intern at the Fred T. Korematsu Center for Law and Equality and as a Judicial Extern at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Daniel is pursuing a Juris Doctor at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and has also attended National Taiwan Normal University and received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego.
