Darrell Chan

Darrell Chan currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at Airbnb, a position held since March 2018. Prior to this role, Darrell was the Vice President and Head of Corporate Legal & Public Regulatory Affairs for Asia-Pacific at Discovery Communications, where responsibilities included overseeing legal, regulatory, licensing, and corporate affairs in the region. Darrell has also held significant positions at Expedia as Head of Legal for Asia, BASF as Senior Legal Counsel, and F J Benjamin, where roles included Head of Digital Marketing and General Counsel. Early in the career, Darrell worked as an Associate at both Drew & Napier LLC and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
