Ethan Ooi

Ethan Ooi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in safety support and law enforcement. Currently serving as an Escalations Associate at Airbnb, Ethan has held multiple roles within the company, including Senior Safety Support Ambassador and Safety Support Ambassador, where responsibilities included managing complex safety cases, leading improvement projects, and mentoring new team members. Prior experience with the Singapore Police Force involved planning security operations for high-profile international events and training new officers. Ethan founded ArtisC, an art education provider, and has academic qualifications in management with a focus on security studies from the Singapore University of Social Sciences and a diploma in fine arts from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.
