Mark Ryan

Mark Ryan is an Executive Recruiting Leader currently serving as the Director of Executive Recruiting at Airbnb, where they are part of a high-performing Talent team focused on attracting top executive leaders. Previously, they founded Ryan Search Partners LLC, completing over 40 retained searches for the healthcare technology sector. Mark also held key roles at Apple, including Director of Executive Recruiting and member of the specialized search team. Their career began at Zimmer Biomet, and they later worked with Russell Reynolds Associates and Catalyst Advisors LP in various leadership and consulting positions. Mark earned a BS in Applied Mechanics and Engineering Sciences with a minor in Behavioral Psychology from UC San Diego.
