Mitch Glaser

Mitch Glaser serves as the Head of Talent Systems at Airbnb, where since November 2015, significant contributions have included the successful delivery of voice services to China in 2018, ensuring compliance with stringent security measures for data privacy. Glaser also manages diverse programs aimed at enhancing customer experience for Hosts and Guests through advanced contact center technologies. Prior to Airbnb, Glaser held senior roles at Alvarez & Marsal and Hitachi Consulting, and has experience with companies such as Sleep Number, Hitachi Data Systems, VMware, and Birkenstock. Glaser's educational background includes a BA in International Marketing from Oregon State University and a minor in French Language from Faculte des Lettres in Avignon, France.
