Pavan Tapadia

Pavan Tapadia is an accomplished Director of Product Management at Airbnb since September 2019, where Pavan has spearheaded the integration of the HotelTonight team and enhanced the guest experience through innovative hotel search solutions, along with leading initiatives for host-facing tools and partnerships with cities. Prior to Airbnb, Pavan took time off to explore travel opportunities with family and served as Head of Product at Yammer, Inc., where Pavan managed product strategy and led a team of approximately 35. Pavan's extensive career includes roles as Director of Product Management at Yammer, Co-Founder and Vice President of Product at Sliced Simple, and Associate Brand Manager at Clorox, along with earlier software engineering positions. Pavan holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
