Thomas Nourse is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software engineering and team management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Airbnb since February 2019, Thomas previously held key roles at Thumbtack, where significant transformations were made to the product and business model, resulting in improved customer engagement and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes positions at ChooseEnergy.com, Google, and various internships, contributing to projects that drove substantial growth and adoption, including leading the Google Maps for Android team. Thomas holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
