Tim Gerham is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project and program management. Currently serving as Business Unit Manager at Airborne Systems since May 2017, Tim has held various roles including Program Manager II, Program Manager, and Project Engineer, where the focus has been on guiding technical teams through project life cycles. Prior to this, Tim worked as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Dayton, contributing to studies on aerodynamics and utilizing advanced manufacturing techniques. Previous experience includes a co-op position at Emerson Climate Technologies, developing testing plans for new products, and an engineering internship at Exelis, conducting finite element analysis for space systems. Tim holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
