Starting as an Armament Fitter with the Royal Australian Air Force from January 1988 to July 2008, Anthony managed personnel, logistics, and project planning for various aircraft maintenance operations. After a consulting role at Jacobs Engineering, Anthony served as Acquisition Item Manager at Australian Aerospace, focusing on part management and supplier interaction. Subsequently, as MRH90 Training Configuration Controller, Anthony ensured training packages reflected the current aircraft information. From November 2014 to January 2019, Anthony held the position of ARH Stores Clearance and Armament Systems Technical Officer at Airbus Group, supporting new weapon systems.
