Bart Rider is currently the Head of Airworthiness at Airbus Americas in Mobile, AL, where they lead a team focused on avionics, in-service repair, and independent aircraft certification. With 31 years of retrofit and upgrade experience, Bart has held various positions ranging from Engineering Manager to director-level roles, demonstrating expertise in airworthiness and technical management. They have substantial experience in STC development, compliance verification, and the establishment of AS/EN9100 compliant procedures. Bart earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, further enhancing their qualifications in the aerospace field.
