Ben Struss is the VP of R&T and Head of X-Labs at Airbus, overseeing research and technology labs focused on alternative propulsion and prototyping capabilities. Previously, Ben held various leadership roles at Airbus Helicopters, including Head of Strategic Plan & Business Innovation and Head of Commercial Operations Germany. Ben also served as Service Chief Engineer for both Medium Helicopters and North America, providing support for numerous helicopter programs. With an Engineer's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical/Space Engineering from Hochschule München, Ben has a strong foundation in the aerospace industry.
