Benoit Prax

Benoit Prax serves as the Hydrogen and Emerging Competencies Development Leader at Airbus, a position held since January 2006, where responsibilities include piloting the competence strategy for hydrogen and representing the Engineering organization in securing Airbus's ambition for hydrogen aircraft. Previous roles at Airbus include Head of Learning and Knowledge Management Engineering & Technology, and Head of Learning Solutions for Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Lean, and Health & Safety, leading transnational teams to develop and deploy learning solutions across various Airbus divisions. Prior to Airbus, Benoit Prax gained engineering experience at Logatique and Transiciel Technologies. Benoit Prax holds a Master of Engineering degree from ISAE-SUPAERO and has studied at Polytechnique Montréal and the École nationale supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace.
