Daniela Radu is currently the Head of Engineering in Romania at Airbus Defence and Space, leading the Border Security Engineering organization. With 20 years of experience in IT focused on software engineering, Daniela managed various IT projects and organizations for 15 years. Previously, Daniela held positions including Subcontract Delivery Manager at EADS Defence & Security and Project Manager at UTI Systems, overseeing large-scale integration projects for Defence and Homeland Security. Early in their career, Daniela worked as a Software Developer and DBA at the National Institute of Statistics in Romania.
