David BARBARA is currently the Head of Propulsion Airworthiness, Safety and Certification at Airbus, a role they have held since 2019. Prior to this, David served as a Senior Auditor in Corporate Audit at Airbus Group Inc. from 2015 to 2019, and held various engineering and management positions at Airbus, including A350XWB Integration Simulators Manager and Cockpit Operations/Avionics Systems Test Engineer. David began their career in aerospace at STELIA Aerospace, where they focused on test bench design and equipment qualification testing. They are also pursuing an ENSICA degree at ISAE-SUPAERO.
