Joe U. is an experienced aerospace business leader currently serving as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Li-S Energy, where they drive strategic partnerships focused on lithium-sulphur battery technology. With over 30 years in the industry, Joe has held senior roles at major organizations including Airbus, Boeing, and General Electric, and has contributed to high-level strategic policy issues as a member of various advisory panels, including the Australian Government's Aviation Industry Consultative Council. Joe's career highlights include obtaining a world-first approval for BVLOS RPAS operations with Airobotics and serving as an advisor to the CASA CEO. They are also a Visiting Fellow at the University of Technology Sydney, contributing strategic expertise in aerospace regulatory reform and advanced air mobility.
